The box for this hardware indicates XP, but inside the
box states the drivers are not certified by Microsoft.
PCTV can not be used to capture video in Windows Movie
Maker 2. Is that why the drivers are not certified?

My Pinnacle PCTV card runs with their software on XP, but
it is not compatible with Windows XP Movie Maker 2 and
Pinnacle says to ignore the "driver not certified"
messages when installing.
I am wondering if Microsoft would certify a product that
causes an error message in Movie Maker. Pinnacle support
says that by telling me they do not support Movie Maker
video capture, that the problem is solved.
