I have not made any hardware changes. I tried uninstalling
all the hardware, and rebooted. everything was detected by
P & P, except the video-card. The card is not shown in
device manager.
My monitor is still connected to it and I can see the
display, I cannot play any games. When scrolling, it
flickers badly.
