Is there a way to remap my cdrom from E: to F:?

Jack,

Yes (assuming you use an account with Administrator privileges), go to
Control Panel, choose Administrative Tools, Computer Management, Disk
Management under Storage on the left side, find the disk on the right side
(lower section) and right mouse click on it, choose Change Drive Letter and
Paths and change it as you'd like.
