I need help with runtime errors

I have been getting alot of "runtime errors" which
usually I just click no and continue when it asks if I
wish to debug but now it won't let me go any further. I
really am at a loss as to what to do. Is there anyone
who can explain in a,b,c fashion the solution to this. I
would be very greatful.

Open up Internet Options, click on Advanced and tick 'Disable
script debugging' and disable 'Display a notification about every
script error'.
