Hello,

I purchased a cordless mouse as a gift on Feb. 4, 2001. The mouse is
defective, and I would like to return it for warranty service.

Can someone (Microsoft?) tell me the procedure for doing a warranty return,
or post a link to the same?

Thanks,

-Bill Cousert

Contact Microsoft and explain your problem and they
should amicably agree to send you a replacement for your
defective mouse:

U.S. Customers can contact the Microsoft Order Desk at:
(800) 360-7561 (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.=20
Eastern Standard Time).

Look at the box or the paper inside.

Return it to the shop you bought it from and bring a receipt.
