You need to find out what program is trying to locate the
file. See if you can ID the program using msconfig from
the run command in the start menu. Select far right tab
titled startup, this is a list of all the programs that
start when your computer does.

Hi Steve,

NLS = Character Translation; National Language Services driver (font or font
map). Browse to the System32 folder.

Troubleshooting:

From a previous post: In those cases it was the RIS file that was
corrupted, when the image was deleted, the problem was resolved.
