hardrive went into raw filesystem ???

im having some problems with my hardrive
when i turned on my computer today my hardrive d:
wouldnt work.
it says that the filesystem is RAW but in partion magic
it says ntfs.

but i cant get into the drive or anything
chkdsk /f wont work becaus it wont recognize the volume
version.

how can this happen ??

and most important how can i fix it so i can save my data
on my d: drive ?
