Installing programs that all users can access

How can you install oracle and an configure a database
that is accessable to all users logging on to a window xp
machine withe ntfs.

Many decent applications will install so they are available to all users. If
not then install as an admin, right click on Start and select Explore All
Users. Go find the program Icon (it will be somewhere like Documents and
settings -> <admin users name> -> Start Menu -> Programs) and move it to the
same place in All Users.

Put the database files in a shared folder (eg All Users -> Shared Documents)
