XP Pro & Dual Processors

I have a DP system with Hyperthreading, bios recognizes
both CPUs but XP Pro doesnt under Environment,
NUMBER_OF_PROCESSORS = 1... I freshly installed XP and
i've tried with and without Hyperthreadhing enabled...
