I'm on XP and I have been trying to install the logitech
zoom cam software Imagestudio 7.2 into my computer but
have been unsucessful. I keep getting messages like "The
feature you are trying to use is on a network resource
that is unavailable.Click OK to try again.Enter an
alternative path to a folder containing the installation
package 'ISScript.msi' in the box below.
The next message reads "An installation support
file 'C:Program Files\Common Files\Install Shield\engine\6
\Intel 32\objectps.dll'could not be installed." Acess is
denied
Also "AN installation support file could not be
installed. Interface not registered"
I know that the software and camera work because I tried
it out on a friends computer. I am not a computer wiz but
have done what I can up to this point. I would appreciate
any help or ideas out there! Thanx....
