Ok I have narrowed down the problem a bit more. Windows
messenger WILL load in winxp as long as I have no
internet connection. If I unplug the cable coming in from
my router, then messenger will actually load. As soon as
I plug it back in, windows messenger quits itself. I hope
this helps you help me!
