My Windows XP laptop is periodically getting the blue screen of death and
rebooting. I have been sending the error reports to Microsoft, which
indicates that the problem is caused by a device driver.

Unfortunately, when I get the blue screen, my computer immediately reboots
before I have a chance to read the message on the blue screen. Is there any
way to see what this information is. Does anyone have any idea how to
identify which driver is causing the problem? (I made a number of changes
over the last month or so, but don't have a clue which change may be
responsible for the problem).

Thanks,

Press the window key and break at the same time on your keyboard (same and
right-clicking my computer and going to properties). Click Advanced tab and
at the last section(Startup and recovery) click settings. At the system
failure section, uncheck Auto restart, this should fix the auto restart
problem and help you diagnose the real problem.
