I recently installed the Wireless Optical Desktop Pro on my Windows XP (SP1)
desktop. Whereas the keyboard works perfectly, I am experiencing a
consistent problem with the mouse. under normal usage, the mouse pointer
jumps to one of the corners of the screen. When I press the CTL key to show
the location of the mouse, sometimes it doesn't show up. i have to move the
mouse several times before it reappears.
I've tried to uninstall and reinstall to no avail.
as you can imagine, this is very frustrating and obviously affects my
ability to work.
I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to solve this problem
before i disconnect and return the hardware.
Thank you very much

Operating system / version: Microsoft Windows XP Professional - 5.1.2600
Computer manufacturer and model:
Processor model and speed: I586II, 551 MHz
Memory (RAM): 916.98 MB

Reduce the pointer speed incrementally and see if the pointer becomes
more controllable.
