epson stylus 400 problem

Hi

I have a Epson stylus 400. My printer is working
fine on one of my two
windows xp. On the other one I can't not print any
page, every time I have
error and a Interrogation sign on the printer icon in the
system tray.

I've tried to reinstall the original driver. I went
to printer and
faxes, choose file -> server properties -> driver and
choose remove the
epson stylus color 400 driver. After that I reinstalled
the printer (
windows xp automatically detect it and installed the
driver itself, so xp
recognize the printer)

I'm sure that the printer is not the cause of the
problem

Do you have any suggestions

Are you trying to install it as a network printer or as a local printer on
the second PC?

Hello Frankie,

I have seen others have success with the Epson driver. Please uninstall
the Windows driver for the printer then go to the Epson site and download
their driver. Install it and see if it helps.
