I'm trying to update my current Windows 98SE operating
system to XP Home and part way through the install I am
getting this message...
A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down
to prevent damage to your computer.
It mentions turning off BIOS memory features such as
caching and shadowing, but I have no idea what this means.
If someone can tell me what to do I would very much
appreciate it.
Thanks.
