Problem: New Connection Wizard/ Connect to the Internet/
Set up my connection manually/ Connect using a dial-up
modem (appears dimmed)
I followed the instructions in the Knowledge Base Article -
320558 (Dial-up Modem or PPPoE Option in New Connection
Wizard Is Unavailable) but the issue is unresolved. The
option for 'Connect using a dial-up modem' is still
unavailable (appears dimmed). Any suggestions?
