go to www.grisoft.com, click 'AVG 6.0 free edition'
download. i use them for 3 years, they help my pc to stop
virus. i got lots of virus like you got virus 'worms,
bear so on' but AVG help me to clear. i have no problems
with them for 3 years, its very good website. so good
