Ignore incoming call

Please can someone help. I keep getting disconnected
from the net with a message " You have ignored an
incoming call"

Hello

Well you may need to add *70 in your dial-up settings to prevent
that from knocking you off when someone calls. Normally if they
keep calling back it will knock you off
