Disk cleanup utility

Window opens and shows 3 bars with message checking
system files, has not gone beyond that. How can I get it
to check files again.

Line 48, Right column "Disk Cleanup - Compress..."
Save on Desktop.
Double click the icon once downloaded.
The icon can then be discarded.
