I need to switch logon screen on WinXP from classic (like
win2k) to WinXP
How coul I do this?

Control Panel, User Accounts, Change the way users log on and off. Note, if
you're on a domain, this option will not be available, or will not function.

Please provide more info. Why did Doug's suggestion not help? Was the
option not available? Did you get an error when you attempted? If so,
what was the exact error message? These details are required to provide
additional help as the steps that Doug provided are the correct steps to
change this setting.

this is NOT Welcome Screen, sorry, Welcome screen shows
up when WinXP started
