Smart card services in Windows XP

Hi,
I have change the Smart card service in Windows XP
tautomatic start when windows boot in. However, when my
tray icon application launch during windows boot in, the
SCardEstablishContext still failed. Anyone have any idea
or any document stated that Windows XP services will start
later then tray icon application?
