I have these random folders appearing in My Documents
which I don't want, namely My eBooks and My Deliveries. I
delete them and they keep reappearing, which leaves me
wondering if it's some response to something I'm doing
online? Any suggestions?

My eBooks is part of Adobe, {haven't a clue why}. The other is
probably for another program you have. Since I never have anything
in my folders like that, and they won't go away, I just renamed them
and used them for something else.

If you look in the folder where Adobe Acrobat is installed (program
files\Adobe\Acrobat x.x), you will see a sub folder called "Reader" with
several sub folders under that.

Take the file "eBook.api" out of the plug_ins folder and put in the Optional
folder. You can then delete the eBooks folder and it won't come back.

As for My Deliveries, it's from some other piece of software you installed.
