I recently upgraded from XP home to XP Pro. The problem
that I am having is that I have two external devices
(hard drives) connected to the computer via USB 2.0
connections. When I startup the computer, it is not
recognizing these drives.
I have to unplug the USB from the computer and then re-
plug them back in. When I do this, it is recognizing the
drives and I can use them and view contents normally
through Explorer.
Why are they not connecting automatically?
Will this happen with other USB devices (i.e. Palm
syncing devices?)
