Can't install USB external Floppy Drive WinXP

I try to install a USB external Floppy Drive (mitsumi) on
a portable with Windows XP.
When I connect the hardware to portable starts the new
hardware wizard, and if I execute the search of the
drivers I don't find it.
This happens with any Floppy USB (with original floppy
toom, sony vaio).
How I can resolve the problem?

Have you maybe tried contacting Sony about your issue

Hi,
I don't have contacted Sony.
But I think is a Win XP Drivers problem.
What drivers use normaly XP for installing a USB Floppy
Drive?
