Shell Notify Icon

On start up I frequently get a box that says "Shell
Notify Icon Fail". Can anyone tell me why I get this
message and how I can correct the problem?

This message appears when an icon is having difficulty appearing
in your taskbar. In some cases, WeatherBug is the problem
(www.weatherbug.com). An upgrade to the latest version will
correct the problem.
