Pro/Con of converting hd to a dynamic hd--xp pro version

looking at converting to dynamic hd.
Has any one done it and what problems or postive comments do you have.

I do it every day ;)

Seriously, unless you have a need to have a disk dynamic (such as for a
mirror) then you are better off leaving the drive basic, you will gain
nothing by converting the drive to dynamic.
