Encoding

I'm not real good at this and not sure I'm even in the
right place, but here goes.

I have Microsoft Word and when I try to read any
materials that I have downloaded through Adobe Acrobat
Reader it comes up in total gibberish and I do not know
how to fix this problem.

Hopefully this will make some sense to someone out there!

Files DL'ed via Acrobat are likely to be .PDF files. Word does
not know how to interpret .PDF files. Use Acrobat to read .PDFs.
