I have an old Toshiba 4010CDS. It has 160 megs of RAM, 2 megs for the
video, 15 gig harddrive and a 266 MHz PII cpu. SHould I try to install XP
on it or pass?
Thanks

It may run, but I don't think it is worth it.

It's all about drivers. WinXP most likely does not have drivers for
much of anything in that computer. Win2K was probably questionable.
Check Toshiba's support site for information. If Toshiba has drivers
they will have them for download. If Toshiba doesn't have drivers, in
all probability no one has drivers.
