Your Memory is duff, send it back for replacement...
If you want to try something first before returning it, I
think you can get a memory tester, possibly from IBMs site
somewhere, alternatively there maybe a free be memory
tester at www.crucial.com - they supply masses of the
stuff, therefore may provide a memory tester to try and
prevent some returns...
