Tried the Mouse Icon in Control Panel? Do you have a fancy
mouse that has a configuration icon in the bottom right
(next to the time) in the Start bar?

Try cleaning the mouse or the surface which it rolls on

its nothing like that its a software issue. the mouse
moves fine. Its just i cant find a Clicklock option to
shut off
