I got directed by a link off of Microsofts' support sight
for a "Windows Memory Checker". I am sorry I don't know
the link, but if you did a search for the file its name
was mtinst.exe. Installed it to a floppy and then
rebooted my computer, went through 2 passes using the
extended tests and no errors. Did more then the one I got
from IBM that Peter ref below.
