re Search history

Thanks. The trouble I am having is with the pull down
menu in the "Search" module, not in the daily listing of
sites visited. This menu appears to store each search
topic ad infinitum. I want to clear all these entries.
(Googles search engine provides a method for clearing
this history very easily.)

Any help will be much appreciated.
