abnormal programme termination

When I shut down windows xp I am getting the following
message:

prog c:/progra~1/ezula/mod.exe abnormal programme
termination.

does anyone know why this should be and or/ what I can do
to repair this, bearing in mind I am not terribly
computer literate!

Hello Sallie

When you start windows find that syntax and remove ok, what
happed is that you installed a program and maybe you deleted or
it does no longer work, but the OS is still trying to load it, Either
delete it or rename it, keep me posted
