I'm glad you can understand what denisey is saying. I haven't a clue! It's
almost like trying to understand Boomhauer from King of the Hill. lol

I am assuming you did go to control panel --sounds--and adjusted the volume
control if it is not in the task bar. Look for the word 'sound' in device
manager.
