cannot save pics in jpeg.

OS :XP sp1

I can`t save my pics in jpeg anymore. When I send them or try to send
them, there are no attachments sent.
I didn`t send any pics for a while. Since then ,I downloaded and installed
the latest cumulative patches for IE and OE.

Can this be the reason ???? Don`t tell me to empty my TIF, because there is
nothing in there. I clean up my pc regularly.

This suggestion is for if you cannot _save_ the file in JPG format.
What is your actual problem: _saving_ or _sending_ a JPG file? You may
want to give us a more detailled description about what happens and
post this to
