Disk Defragmenter

My disk defrag function is not in the System Tools tray
anymore. I clicked on it to enable defrag and it
disappeared and showed up as an icon on the desktop. It
works from that position and I have stored an icon on it
in My Documents as a possible back-up if it decides to
disappear again. How can I get it back to the System
Tools in the Accessories? Thanks to anyone who may have a
solution of suggestion.
