Disk Defragmenter

Go to the ms site and do a search on Sendtox. Follow the
procedure to download and install it.

After it is installed right click on the desktop icon for
defrag and click on Send To/Any Folder then browse to
C:\DOCUMENTS & SETTINGS\ALL USERS\START
MENU\ACCESSORIES\SYSTEM TOOLS and click Copy or Move then
click OK.
