Dear Jonathan Kay:
If it is possible please help me with my problem. Below are copies of
previous e-mails.
Thanks a lot.

Dear Jonathan Kay:
Thanks a lot for your response and the wish to help me. I do not
remember previous version of MSN. Yes, I use Belkin Wireless Router
F5D6231-4 on two computers-one connection is wireless, second-wired, but
on both computers I cannot use MSN to have an audio and video conversation.
What is the problem?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Sincerely,
Peter

Greetings Peter,
What version of Messenger were you using previously and do you happen to
be using a router (especially a Linksys one)? If yes, you may just need
a newer version of router firmware which "better" supports Universal
Plug and Play (UPnP) as some early adoptions in firmware with UPnP
support aren't completely compatible with MSN Messenger 6.

Since I have updated MSN Messenger to MSN Messenger 6.1 (6.1.0211)
I am not able to have an audio and video conversation.
Any help would be really appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
