ADSL No Sync

Open a DOS box and type IPCONFIG then press enter to see
if your nic is communcating with the modem by looking at
the ip.

Then type IPCONFIG /RELEASE ALL.

Then type IPCONFIG /RENEW ALL to see if it renews to the
correct ip for your isp.
