playing MOV files

i can,t play MOV files in XP,is there any way or i need
any additional software please recommend me if any.

..MOV files are typically Quicktime format. The easiest way to play these is to install Apple's free Quicktime Player from http://www.apple.com/quicktime/products/qt/
