Scanprisa 640P Scanner

Have tried everything I can think of to make my Acer
ScanPrisa 640P flatbed scanner work with XP to no avail.
I have the driver from Acer, but while I get no error
messages when installing, the damn thing will not work.
Says "scanner not found", even tho the operation light
blinks when the PC accesses it! Anyone help here?

Hello

Maybe it's not supported by XP and besides right now scanners
are very cheap, so replace it and buy you a scanner that supports
XP.

Hello

Go to www.hp.com and look it up and see why, would not
hurt you to maybe try a do a little research sometimes you know.
