HI ron
do you have more than one user on your pc -- I had the
same problem. thought my scanner wasnt connected however
it was on one of my users but not the rest.sounds stupid
so used the scanner on the user that had it. then changed
users and it worked for me ???
nothing techy in that at all ..it was a miracle
