That setting is in the BIOS,hardware configuration.
One suggestion,go back to intel and get the Application
Accelerator for the chipset.In Accelerator once opened,
you can view the modes,double click on a wrench,and the
adjustments are available,however they're usually set
to max.Get the processor frequency utility also for more
tech,if you have intel processor.
