USB driver Camcorder NV-MX500EG

Go to http://www.panasonic.com and see if they have
drivers for that model. Click on Customer
Support/Downloads. You may have to click on the link for
units sold outside of the USA because I cannot find that
model number on the site and that page does not display
properly for me.
