Formatted disc - find back file?

I did backup of everything, thought I, before I did reinstall WindowsXP and
probably formatted the disc at the same time. However, in some way my
mailbox was not backup'ed!
Any possible way to restore it? Can it possibly still be found on my
Toshiba?

if you've formatted the disk? Only at HUGE expense.

it is absolutely possible, u may try a program called Getdataback, it has
FAT and NTFS versions which i have managed to restore data after formatting
a harddisk.
