Installing drivers that do not have the Microsoft Logo

Okay, How do I do it? My screen simply says the driver
does not have the logo and will not be installed. go see
my systems administrator(me)

Right Click MY Computer, Select Hardware tab, in middle you will see button for Driver Signing.
Press this, change to Warn. You will then be given the choice of installing or not.
