You need to determine if its a software or hardware
problem. If its an older computer, perhaps your power
supply is failing. Maybe, even your power cord needs
attention. Always, make sure all your cables are fully
connected. As for software, I suggest you run
diagonostics, such as Norton Utilities and Norton
Antivirus (could be a virus or a windows problem). You
may want to run SpybotSD to clean out any spyware that
could be causing you problems. One other thing, do you
have other power consuming devices on the same circuit as
your computer -- perhaps you've added something that is
drawing more power, thus hindering your computer and
causing it to shut down. Even a coffee maker or a laser
printer draws lots of power. JeepBud
