Windows XP and Internet Banking

Hi,
Ever since I have installed Windows XP on my Computer, I
cannot access one of my Internet Banking accounts.I can
get into everything else like online loan applications or
mastercard applications at this certain bank,but not
Internet Banking.Yet,I have been able to access this
certain bank account on my mother-in-laws computer who
also has Windows XP and uses the same sever.This is only
at one certain bank.I can, however, access different
accounts to different banks all except the one that I use
the most! I tried to set up secruity and network settings
the same as her but I still cannot access this account!
Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated as I
really miss this handy way of doing my banking!Thanx.
