The drivers are included on the XP CD.... do a total uninstall and reinstall
of the printer:

A List of Printer Drivers That Are Included in Windows XP (Article 2 of 5)
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;293378

There are three separate steps and all three must be complete for XP to
'see' the new drivers.

Disconnect the printer.

Go into the Control Panel, Add/Remove programs and uninstall any printer
software.

Then go to Printers & Faxes and right click and delete your printer.

Reboot the PC. Do NOT reconnect the printer. Go back to Printers & Faxes
in the Control Panel and from the toolbar, select File, Server Properties.

In the drivers tab, delete all the entries for the printer.

Reboot the PC. Do NOT reconnect the printer.

Use the Add Printer Wizard to install the printer and follow its
instructions.

Hello

Well buy a new one, or try using win2k drivers if that fails
replace it
