well im going to look stupid now lol but here goes i had
problems with it seemed like my hard drive was
permittently running in the background causing my pc to
stutter so being a dip i decided to over write the new
files using my recovery disk in the middle of
reinstalling the pc crashed saying there was a problem
with install and powered down and restarted then i got
the same problem again and its now in a permittent loop.

i have tried boot up disks to try to format my harddrive
but none of these seem to work and i am now lost to know
what to do????? so any help would be great before i have
to take it into the shop lol

Post that again, using proper punctuation, capitalisation and sentence
construction. It's very hard to read if you don't bother. I am not going to
make the effort to read it, if you don't make the effort to make it easy to
read.

Boot from your XP disk and do a repair installation (Not the Repair Consol)
